Beauty Therapist Wanted At Ian McLeod Hair & Beauty Salon, Sutton Coldfield

We have a vacancy for a dedicated, professional Beauty Therapist who is passionate about skincare and customer service to join the team at our Sutton Coldfield salon. Full time position.

Skills required:

NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy
Be smartly presented with a desire to always be helpful to client and team
Able to communicate clearly, calmly, politely and effectively in person and on the phone with clients
Maintain a high standard of customer service by carrying out professional treatments in accordance with Clarins treatment guidelines
Be responsible for recommending Clarins homecare products, the unique brand.
Focus on customer loyalty, keeping clients returning to the salon.
Ability to multi-task and maintain a high standard of hygiene
