We have a vacancy for a dedicated, professional Beauty Therapist who is passionate about skincare and customer service to join the team at our Sutton Coldfield salon. Full time position.
Skills required:
- NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy
- Be smartly presented with a desire to always be helpful to client and team
- Able to communicate clearly, calmly, politely and effectively in person and on the phone with clients
- Maintain a high standard of customer service by carrying out professional treatments in accordance with Clarins treatment guidelines
- Be responsible for recommending Clarins homecare products, the unique brand.
- Focus on customer loyalty, keeping clients returning to the salon.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high standard of hygiene
